Ask for changes in plain words, then review and publish from your own editor. Nothing goes live without you. Writing your own posts is included in every plan.

Yes. Site admins write and publish original posts at any time with a rich-text editor that supports cover images and tags. Original and studio-drafted posts appear together on your school's newsfeed.

Every plan lets you publish and schedule posts to Instagram and Facebook straight from the admin portal. The Content Creation add-on adds the studio, which drafts captions in your school's voice from a topic you pick or an idea of your own, so you refine and publish rather than starting from a blank page.

Yes. Every plan includes the essentials: pages Google can index, each with a title, description and canonical address, a sitemap, and link previews on social and messaging apps that show your own branding. The Search Visibility add-on goes further: we connect your site to Google Search Console and get your pages indexed, and every page describes your school to search engines as a real entity by name, address, programs, faculty and events, with an AI-readable file for assistants like ChatGPT and Gemini and your own page titles in search.

Yes. Both the school website and the admin dashboard are fully responsive and tested across phones, tablets, and desktops. Parents can view the school website and submit enquiries from any device. Admin tasks can also be managed from a phone or tablet when needed.

Keeping family data safe is a top priority. Every piece of personal information is encrypted, sign-in can be protected with two-factor authentication, and access is role-based so each team member only sees the schools assigned to them. The portal keeps a complete history of every action, and every public form is protected against spam. We never sell student or family data or use it for advertising.

Access is role-based. A Group User Admin manages who is on the team and which schools each person can access, while Site Admins only see the schools assigned to them. No one can accidentally edit another school's site.
